Pre-order policy
How weekly meat & fish pre-orders work, from ordering to pickup.
Ordering
The order form opens Monday 10 AM and closes Wednesday 10 PM. Times are Milwaukee time.
The online form needs a Google account. If that doesn't work for you, call or WhatsApp us to order instead.
Pickup
Pickup is Thursday evening at our Milwaukee store. We call you when your order is ready.
Give your name at the counter when you collect.
Payment
Pay when you pick up. Nothing is charged online.
Missed pickups
If your order isn't picked up by Saturday at 12 PM (noon), it counts as a missed pickup.
The first missed pickup pauses pre-ordering for 2 weeks. A second missed pickup pauses it for 3 months.
If something came up, message us — we'd rather talk it through.
