Common questions
When can I pre-order?
Monday 10 AM to Wednesday 10 PM, Milwaukee time. Pickup is Thursday evening at the Milwaukee store. Read the Pre-order Policy.
How do I pay for a pre-order?
Pay when you pick up. Nothing is charged online.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash and all major credit and debit cards. We don't accept EBT/SNAP yet — we've applied and will update this page once it's approved.
What if I can't pick up?
An order not picked up by Saturday at 12 PM (noon) counts as a missed pickup. The first missed pickup pauses pre-ordering for 2 weeks; a second pauses it for 3 months. If something came up, message us — we'd rather talk it through.
Is your meat halal?
Halal meat from halal-certified suppliers.
When does the Brookfield store open?

What are your store hours?
Milwaukee: Open daily · 10 AM – 9 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
